Our apartment is 20 minutes from Nice airport by taking the A8 motorway, 1 kilometre from the motorway exit, 7 km from the Promenade des Anglais and the centre of Nice.
Taking the A8 motorway towards the EAST, we head towards Monaco, Menton and why not a visit to Italy, Ventimiglia, San Remo...
To the WEST, we head to Antibes, Cannes, Saint-Paul de Vence... and why not Saint-Tropez...
Also, possibility to visit our hilltop villages, the cities of the Côte d'Azur, the beaches, and even the possibility of walks in the Mercantour Park

3 room apartment 64 m2, refurbished, in a detached house, on the ground floor, with south-facing terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs.
Possibility of cooking on the plancha even in the evening thanks to the spotlights on the façade and garland of lights on the pergola. Part of the terrace is covered by a roller blind.

Excellent!Nous avons passé une petite semaine absolument charmante et un séjour vraiment très agréable ! Danielle et Jean-Marie sont des hôtes particulièrement accueillants, d’une grande gentillesse, toujours à l’écoute et pleins de délicates attentions qui font toute la différence. Le logement est idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de Nice et de la région. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de soin.Une adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Die Gastgeber Danielle und Jean-Marie sind äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und großzügig. Es gab immer wieder kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben.Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts - überall Mückennetze, Ventilatoren an der Decke, sogar Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Die Straße ist nicht stark befahren, nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben dort einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt!

Doina, Fenna et Thomas sont des voyageurs parfaits, extrêmement gentils et sympathiques, au contact très facile et très simple... comme si nous nous connaissions déjà. Très bien organisés, ils ont fait de très belles visites dans notre région. Leurs commentaires sur notre maison Rose-Coco nous ont fait extrêmement plaisir et nous les remercions également pour les gentils mots qu’ils ont écrits dans notre livre d’or! Ils ont restitué le logement dans en excellent état ! Ce fut un vrai plaisir de vous connaitre et de rencontrer une vraie belle famille !!! Un gite parfait avec tout ce qu il faut et même plus. Des propriétaires disponibles et a nos petits soins et surtout très sympatiques. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.
