Lage top, Ausstattung mit Einschränkungen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt (zu Strand, Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und sie liegt sehr ruhig. Außerdem gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz und alle Fenster sind mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet. Leider ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung etwas veraltet (Kassettendeck in der Stereoanlage, CD-Laufwerk funktioniert nicht, kein WLAN, Küchengeräte billig, Spülmaschine sehr laut).
