Nestled in the heart of the town centre, the apartment enjoys an exceptional location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, shops, restaurants and the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car.

This 45 m² inverted duplex has been designed to offer comfort, functionality and conviviality, summer and winter. It is an ideal starting point to explore the Chamonix valley, whether you are a fan of skiing, hiking, mountaineering or simply looking for spectacular landscapes.

On the upper floor, you will discover a bright living room with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The space consists of a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals after a day outdoors. You will find a dishwasher, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a kettle as well as raclette, fondue and pancake sets for warm moments with family or friends.

On the lower floor, the sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200), while the second, smaller bedroom has a bed (90x200) suitable for children or an adult. The bedding is of high quality to guarantee restful nights after your mountain activities.

The bathroom, modern and functional, is equipped with a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

A private ski locker is also at your disposal, a real asset for winter stays. Thanks to its location, you have easy access to ski areas and hiking trails, as well as public transport serving the entire valley.

The apartment is fully accessible to travellers. You can enjoy the entire accommodation spread over two levels.

Please note: a narrow internal staircase connects the two floors (watch out for your head). The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
