A first-floor bedroom includes single bunk beds and a sleeper sofa with direct access to a private deck. Upstairs, the primary suite boasts its own ensuite bathroom and secluded balcony, ideal for relaxing mornings or peaceful evenings. A third bedroom, also on the upper level, includes a queen bed and bunk bed, with access to a nearby hall bath.
Located ocean block in the heart of downtown Dewey Beach, this home places you within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, local shops, and nightlife. Park your car and enjoy everything Dewey has to offer right outside your door.
This property includes central air conditioning, an outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and an electronic keypad system for convenient check-in and check-out. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Please note, the garage is not accessible to guests.
Linens are not provided, but a rental package is available upon request. Pets and smoking are not permitted. This home rents weekly, Saturday to Saturday, during the prime summer season.
