Away from the bustle but close to restaurants, shops, and pristine beaches, the cottage features calming ocean views and inviting decor. The single-acre yard is ideal for kids, while the large stone patio provides outdoor dining and Adirondack chairs for evenings under the stars. A manicured path leads to Long Pong Beach, where you can swim, paddle, and fish. A neighborhood beach with its own path is located right beside the house.

Guests can enjoy the included Barnstable Beach Pass, granting access to 15 scenic beaches across the Cape with free parking for one car. Beach chairs and accessories are provided so you can pack light and make the most of your seaside days.

The Cape is filled with timeless attractions: windswept beaches, historic lighthouses, bike trails, and coastal villages. Nearby Hyannis offers harbor views, boutique shops, and restaurants like the Black Cat. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
