This may be the perfect home for you. Are you tired of looking at house after house and come out frustrated due to all the work that needs to be done to bring it up to your standards? Look no further! This home has been totally upgraded, remodeled and decorated with the vision of one of the best Orange County interior designers. No interior feature was left undone. There are TWO master suites in this property along with a third bedroom with ensuite bath. Back yard views are of the green belt and mountains. All this and a community pool within 100 feet of your back patio. Sit out on your back patio and enjoy sunrises to sunsets with this South facing exposure. Well, what are you waiting for? Don't let this gem get away from you.

We have 2019 Mini Convertible and 2015 BMW 5 Series available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Dogs may be welcome based on submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $100 per pet fee- 2 dogs only.

Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.

If needed we can provide a travel crib, high chair, and/or stroller for short-term use.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guest's experiences and do a property review.

Wonderful Property

Fully renovated and spacious condo located in a delightful gated community. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, two large en-suite bedrooms and a third bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. The few minor issues that arose during our stay were responded to promptly by the property manager. An A+ vacation rental!
