A fully screened indoor/ outdoor living room style patio divides the house with private sleeping quarters on one side and the main living area on the other. The light filled kitchen includes granite counters and custom cabinetry. Natural light abounds thanks to the Northern exposure. Resort style pool is fully tiled and surrounded by paver decking. Sleeps 8. *Please note, there is no fence barrier on the dock or seawall and there is no kiddie pool fence. No lifeguard on duty. Owner reserves right to use the boat lift during your stay - only access would be through side yard to the dock with little time needed to get on and off the lift. Pet's permitted on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet fee.
