This is a luxurious newly-renovated 1 BR, 1 bath, modern guest cottage privately sited away from the main house. It has concrete radiant floors throughout, 3-season room, dedicated WiFi, fire pit in back yard, and a seasonal stream. Uber-Modern kitchen. Full bath with an extra large tub/shower. Laundry room. A screened 3-season room faces the back of the property overlooking a small outside sitting area and stone wall with a water feature. 5-star reviews.

Wonderful retreat
I had a wonderful time in Charles and Sharon’s cottage. It was clean, in a wonderful surroundings, calm, spacious for 2 and all what you need to cook, do Landry, watch tv, etc…I spend a full afternoon reading in the lovely summer room. A truly beautiful oasis.

Magical, adorable cottage in the Catskills!
What a wonderful cottage and setting. We had the absolute most wonderful time and the area is amazing. Charles and Sharon are delightful and incredibly helpful with anything. We will definitely return to this magical place. I highly, highly recommend staying here!!! Loved it.

Lovely and Quiet
Such a lovely space that appears to have been converted from a garage into a cottage. The pictures showcase the cottage accurately. High ceilings, great lighting, lovely detail. Simple, rustic, beautiful and quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for. Charles was attentive and nearby -- even hand-delivered some peppercorns when we realized we were going to run out! Highly recommend and I cannot wait to return later this summer.
