No communication
Lack of communication was very frustrating. The codes didn’t work. Luckily someone let me in the building, the code didn’t work to get into apt. luckily the man cleaning the room was in there. Then I couldn’t leave the room later because the code wouldn’t work to lock door. I reached out by messaging and calling and NO response until the NEXT DAY AT NOON!! I only received automated messages from Sheri!! The room was never finished being cleaned bc the man cleaning thought I told him to leave. I told him I will stay here while you finish cleaning because I have a headache and he said ok and walked out to the hall and never came back. He just left all of the trash on the floor !! I arrived on Sunday and left on Tuesday and on Monday night is when she finally told him to come back and finish cleaning. ALL of the trash that he swept was in the middle of the floor for those 2 days until 7 pm Monday night. She said she would return my cleaning fee and it’s been over a week but have not received anything. Sheri(Stacy) tried to blame a new system that they got with her lack of actually answering her phone, checking her voicemail and checking her messages. She relys too much on automatic messages and not checking her msgs and caring if we can enter the building and room. The day before I arrived( Saturday ) she had sent me all the codes I needed and then the next day sent me a message saying to disregard those codes and use the last 4 digits of phone. Didn’t work!!!!! No response
