Thank you, we did carry out our inspection of the home on your day of arrival and all looked in good order and clean as it has been for all of our previous guests that have given the home 5 stars, so please do contact us at the time if you find an issue as then we can assist you and make it right instantly so you have a great stay. Please note that we do very clearly state on the listing before you book exactly what starter provisions we provide for you free of charge - this is then repeated in detail on your arrival information, so this should not have been a surprise or an issue for you. It is a self-catering home, we do not provide your personal toiletries and unlimited provisions for your 5-night stay, we provide the listed starter items. To provide more, we would have to put the price up per night on the home, and you would then not wish to book the home! Instead, we make it very clear on the listing before you book and again on your arrival info exactly what you will find in the home and everything else is then for you to bring/purchase locally. So it is a shame that you have marked the home down and penalized it for something that is clearly disclosed before you booked. It may be that a hotel with priced-in endless supplies and amenities is better suited to your needs rather than a self-catering home.

Thank you, Tima, but it is a shame you marked the home down for a resort issue, when your review is meant to be about the home itself. The Windsor Hills resort gate is entirely beyond our control and as you can see from the reviews, no other guest has mentioned this being an issue before or since, and Windsor Hills is a long-established well-known resort that strives to keep everything seamless for guests. Also as a returning guest, you re-enter via the right lane and go straight in without joining the line - had you contacted us at the time we could have helped you to understand that but we did not hear from you during your stay. As you mentioned no concerns with the home itself, we are glad the home itself provided a great stay.
