We are located in the fantastic Windsor Hills Resort, a gated community, less than 3 miles from Disney and 10-15 miles from many other popular attractions (like Universal Studios and Sea World). The resort has great amenities and activities available to every guest. http://welcometowindsorhills.com/

This amazing 2700 sq. ft 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom house includes 3 King Bed Suites, each with a King sized bed. Just outside the sliding patio door, you will find your own personal pool & jacuzzi spa, patio furniture, and chaise lounges.

The Living Room/Den has beautiful leather furniture. The new decor is warm and welcoming every time you walk through the door. Here, you'll find a 50" TV, DVD player, board games, books and a few DVDs for your use.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There's plenty of prep space and storage. Everything you need for creating family time and family meals is available for your use, including service for 10+.

Two king bed suites are located on the first floor, along with a fun Finding Dory themed twin bedroom and attached bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the third Master Suite with a king bed. Another twin bedroom, fully decorated in a Star Wars theme, is upstairs as well. It also has an attached bathroom in the Star Wars theme. All the bedrooms have new bedding, a new flat screen TV and DVD player.

When not on the private patio enjoying the sun and pool/spa, the game room is very inviting. It has a Pool Table, Air-hockey table, Foosball, an internet TV. There is also a laundry room attached with a full sized washer and dryer.

We had an amazing vacation there. The pool was amazing. The water park was great! Everything was clean and organized. Each room had its own tv. The Waterpark was an easy 10 minute stroll with kids.Anything you need is within a few minutes drive.We would absolutely go again. And highly recommend it.

Clean & cozy house with plenty of fun for the family: swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball and air hockey. The community pool was also great with water slides. Close drive to Disney and Universal. It was perfect for our stay.

Great location in fantastic neighborhood. Very close to Disney. Owner communication with check-in process was fantastic. House is perfect for ten people. Pool and hot tub was great and enjoyed staying here.

My vacation time at the property suite Caroline and Windsor Hills subdivision was fantastic. The house very clean and nice. The pool area was very clean and nice. The property is at a great spot. Windsor Hill subdivision is beautiful. The clubhouse and everything was great. My vacation couldn’t have been any better. We are already looking into future dates and hopefully we will be able to rent the same property again. And I just wanna say thank you to the motors. They are great to communicate with and very nice people.

The house was very clean and accommodating to no juts adults, but children as well. We had a small issue with the back door and the hosts were fast and responsive to fix the issue. We will always look at this house from now on when we are visiting Orlando.

My wife and I are travelers! We currently live in Pennsylvania. We have always enjoyed our many trips to Florida and having a place to call home is a valued reality. We love having a real house as our "home base" during vacations. It helps keep us connected as a family and we are able to enjoy quality time.

Why they chose this property

After staying in Windsor Hills ourselves, we decided to purchase this home and start our own short term rental business. We have fallen in love with the Disney area and hope to use the house as much as work allows. We are always planning our next trip; updating the house as we visit and making it comfortable for our visitors and guests is a priority!

What makes this property unique

Windsor Hills Resort is a beautiful gated community only 1.5 miles (2.5km) from world famous theme parks. The Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse features a huge gradual entry resort pool complete with water slide and hot tub. Windsor Hills Resort offers a variety of recreation & activities for all ages including children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball, putting green and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theater, video arcade and billiards. In addition, the clubhouse has a food and beverage options for your pleasure.
