If you are like me and lived in Rochester for a time, but live somewhere else now, and are now back in Rochester for a few days — this is the VRBO for you. Relive all of your kitschy memories of Seabreeze, reacquaint yourself with white hots and chocolate almond ice cream, linger over pancakes at the Parkside Diner before lazy strolling in Durand Eastman Park — and all of this is within a few minutes drive of whatever meeting brought you to town.The Nixon Drive house is not at the center of things, yes; which is the point. It’s a really fun upgrade that is still close to the center.

I stayed in this cottage with my 2 adult sons. We came to visit friends and family. We enjoyed the house very much. Not only did it provide everything we needed but the sinks and countertops were so shiny and clean that they looked like new! Everything was neat and clean and cozy, and the location was almost secluded and very quiet. It is close to the amusement park and to all stores and restaurants. The host was amazing and available whenever we had a question. If we ever return, I hope we can stay with Kyle again!

This was just the right size for 2 couples. We had a fishing boat and the driveway was great to park it plus have an extra vehicle. Kyle answered questions quickly and provided us with a charcoal grill! Thanks Kyle

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is homey and safe. The scene from the deck of my home is quite idyllic, with neighbors who have chickens, and aesthetically pleasing homes. It's also right next to the lake and Seabreeze.

What makes this property unique

The upstairs bedroom is a converted attic with very large ceiling to floor windows. It's a very unique and cozy space. I also love the deck and the enclosed porch out front.
