Kyle was readily available and responsive. Very clean, plenty bath and kitchen items. Snow removal was taken care of. Property is splendid. Lots of info for area attractions, entertainment, food, snacks etc in the handbook. Great proximity to Lake Ontario, Seabreeze Park and other parks.

This was just the right size for 2 couples. We had a fishing boat and the driveway was great to park it plus have an extra vehicle. Kyle answered questions quickly and provided us with a charcoal grill! Thanks Kyle
