In the Gulf of St Tropez, next to the Croix Valmer, its location is ideal when you like calm, but also the beach, the markets, the small restaurants and trips to St Tropez or elsewhere.
Our family villa is perfectly located, 10 minutes from the beach on foot (650m), 100m from the tennis club. It has 5 double bedrooms, a bathroom and 4 shower rooms, and 4 toilets.
On a plot of 1,000m2, A very large covered and uncovered terrace, A great petanque court for real amateurs! A beautiful salt pool, secured by a fence to standards (8.00mX3.50m)
The living room and bedrooms benefit from brand new air conditioning. All bedrooms are equipped with a closet and a wardrobe.
Our family is a fan of this cheerful and very well located house, quiet and very close to the beach. With children and grandchildren, or with friends, it is easy to live with, and everyone has their own space.
