Beautiful condo

We’ve stayed at several units in Paradise Palms, and this was by far the cleanest and most updated condo. There was an easy check in process, and there were even some snacks and drinks in the unit when we arrived.

Not pleased with property.

The property lacked the essentials for a party of six. There were not enough utensils. The cookware was rusted and needed replacement. The toilets were not cleaned properly. The was no dust pan to sweep. There was no pot holders to remove hot items from oven. The pics online looked nothing like the place. The outdoor carpet felt dirty. The floor was peeling. The rug in living room was filthy. The curtain rod in downstairs bathroom fell and was rusty. I would rate 6 out of 10.

The host, Leonardo, was always more than accommodating, always responded quickly. From the initial booking, to the time of our stay, he was available. The home was clean and fresh. The only downfall is the home has carpet on the stairs and upper bedrooms. Soon time to change or remove however did not matter to us as overall, it was well kept. Loved the Refrigerator with an ice maker, and the disposal. Garbage was picked up daily. Paradise Palms area is well groomed, and great for families. The location of the home was ideal as the clubhouse was a close walk with a children’s play area, children and family pool. Tennis, Basket Ball, and shuffle board. We also enjoyed the poolside snack bar for drinks and great food. Inside the clubhouse, a gym, games room and a shop for last minute or forgotten needed items. Outside of Paradise Palms, within a short drive to Publix, Target, a Walmart and ABC. I am already looking at rebooking for next year.

Already planning to stay again next summer!

This property was clean, spacious, accommodating and our kids(14 & 7) LOVED the backyard and pool area. The high chair and play pen was so nice to have for our little one. The resort was a nice perk that came with our rental. Our family enjoyed a resort day at the pool, the bar was a treat for me and the hubs, the kids loved the arcade room and we even watched a movie in the very nice theatre at the resort which was FREE and convenient. You can’t beat that when you want to have a relaxing evening and also want to get out of the house for a bit before heading home the next day. The kitchen was equipped with every we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable! And the best part, it was only a few minutes drive to Disney! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice house

Recommend more lighting in the downstairs bedroom. Light switches were located in odd locations. But that's minor. It was a nice place and we'd Recommend it to others and stay there again.
