Some extras include: bathrooms' dispensers with shampoo/Conditioner; modern Decor, big TVs in ALL rooms; Fully equipped kitchen; Grill, children & Family games; salt/pepper/sugar, plus, plus!

Professionally cleaned & disinfected prior to each arrival.

Excellent for families! Super spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms at a quite family friendly community!

We have recently furnished entire home and continue to upgrade often. You will enjoy newer furniture, decor, bedding/linnes, kitchen cooking utensils and appliances; among others. 🎉

GAME ROOM - Tennis/Ping-Pong table, Dominoes table, and Small air hockey (perfect for toddlers and teenagers) Plus several board games 🎲 😀

POOL - Home features a private swimming pool with Spa. No rear neighbors and enough vegetation on the sides to feel extremely private and relax- (pool heater available at $20 per night as additional charge ) min. 72 hrs of advanced notice is required for pool heater.

GRILL - Feel free to use the grill available around the pool area. You will need to supply your own charcoal and leave grill clean.

Infants & Toddlers- 3 Pack-n-Play available, High Chair, toddler's gate, Pool Fence, baby bullet, extra lock in the patio's sliding door, several games/books, plus!

This was a really nice house. My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. Owners were very responsive. You can tell when a house this is big is not cleaned properly and this one was very clean. The pool area is so nice. We had so much fun swimming and soaking. The beds were comfy. We had everything we needed to make proper meals at the house. They did provide enough essentials to get started, but you will need to buy any extras you need. Overall a very nice stay and we would rent this house again.

Super clean. Super spacious. Super comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Huge kitchen and family room with large TV. Great location near the highway. Restaurants and stores only a few minutes away. Host is on top of everything - very minor issue fixed in minutes. Recommend highly.

We were in town for college baseball preseason tournament. The location ended up being perfect since they played at the NERP fields for most of the week. The house was very clean and pictures were accurate. I loved that the house and neighborhood was very quiet. The weather was great and the pool was very relaxing. Stores were close by too. We would stay there again!
