Coco Sunset Getaway: 3 min walk from the beach
Our property is a private, fully equipped, two-story townhome unit (1022sq.ft. + patios) with two bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests. Nestled in the tranquil and safe residential area of Las Palmas in Playa del Coco, it provides the ideal getaway. As our guest, you'll have access to the entire Coco Sunset Hills community. The beach is merely steps away (250 meters/yards), and a short stroll will take you to local restaurants, a farmer's market, as well as Coco's medical and dental centers.
Looking for the perfect getaway? Our tropical retreat might be just what you need. Nestled between the sea and a lush jungle, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing sounds of waves and the melodies of tropical birds. The sunlit pool, framed by palm trees and blue skies, is calling your name—come and take a dip.

For your peace of mind, security guards are on duty 24/7, and our exceptional housekeeping staff ensures your stay is nothing short of perfect.
The unit was renovated a year ago, and new items are added each time we visit:
• All rooms and hallways painted and decorated
• New kitchen supplies (additional/new non-stick ceramic frying pans, plates, utensils, mugs, glasses, etc.)
• New coffee machine (replaced annually)
• French press (coffee maker)
• Italian espresso pot
• New fridge (Jan 2025)
• New living room sofa (Jan 2025)
• New 60” living room TV (previous TV moved to the second bedroom – streaming only)
• Gas BBQ
• New mattresses and pillows
• New mattress and pillow protectors for all mattresses and pillows
• New table lamps (touch on/off)
• New beds and A/C in the second bedroom
• New shower (tiles and fixtures)
• New bathroom cabinets
• New patio chairs and freshly painted patio table
• New mosquito net for both bedroom patio doors
• New drapes in all rooms
• Added a laundry room with a new dryer, washer, covered area, mosquito net, and laundry lines
• Added a security and climate control sensor network to allow for automated AC start and shutdown.

Just a twenty-minute drive (20 km / 12 mi) from Liberia, Costa Rica’s Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (LIR).
Many services and amenities are within walking distance, including a large variety of authentic international and local restaurants, cafes, beach bars, supermarkets and liquor stores, spas, fitness centers, dental and doctor’s offices, shops, pharmacies, diving shops, tour agencies, and much more. A short drive will also take you to many other beautiful beaches, towns, and delightful sights to explore.
You will have access to the whole unit, which includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, an office space area, a laundry room, a covered front patio, and a covered upstairs balcony with access from both bedrooms. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a shower, as well as a downstairs powder room. Additionally, you will have access to all shared community amenities, such as parking spaces, six pools with pool chairs, shared covered patios, pool showers, and 3 community entrances.
During your stay, you will be able to contact either us or our property manager, Luis. You can reach us via Airbnb, and Luis can be contacted through his direct messaging app. His contact information, along with additional details about the unit such as the community HOA rules, map, places of interest, and more, can be found in our welcome guide. This guide is available for download from our website; a link will be provided upon request after your booking is confirmed.
Upon your arrival, Luis will meet you to show you the unit and provide you with the unit/gate keys, the parking pass, and the gate remote opener.
We have an outdoor ‘nature’ camera set up to occasionally enjoy the view of the green space in front of the unit while we are snowed in back in Canada. The camera is mounted on the outside of the upstairs patio’s roof beam, facing solely the green space. It cannot capture inside of the unit or areas that might compromise your privacy. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities.
