The first bedroom is on the entrance floor and includes an office. It has its own full ensuite bathroom. Whoever stays in this bedroom has the floor to themselves! They also have direct access to the garage.

One level up you reach the open floor living/dining/kitchen area. The beautifully furnished living room includes plenty of seating to enjoy the large screen TV with a fireplace to ensure you stay cozy on cold winter nights. The living room leads you to the open dining area and kitchen with stool seating. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything required for your cooking needs!

The next level up is the top floor and includes 2 bedrooms, each with king bed, closet, TV and ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also modernly designed. You'll find the laundry machines on this floor as well.

The property also includes it's own dedicated patio seating area with dining plus BBQ and a garage with two secure parking spaces.

The beach is only minutes walk away - no worries about long drives, traffic or painful parking for a beach visit! You'll also find plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within a short stroll.
