Welcome to Just Beachy, your ideal oceanfront retreat in beautiful St. Augustine! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers everything you need for the perfect coastal getaway — from sunrise views over the Atlantic to your own private dune walkover leading straight to the white-sand beach.

Outdoor Bliss:
Step right out your back door to enjoy the oceanfront pool, spacious patio, and panoramic views of the waves. Lounge by the water, sip morning coffee as the sun rises, or take a moonlit dip under the stars. The beach is literally steps away across the protected dunes — home to sea oats, tortoises, and playful bunnies.

The Home:
Inside, the open layout and large windows keep the ocean in view from nearly every room. Whether you’re gathering for family meals, relaxing after a beach day, or just listening to the sound of the surf, Just Beachy provides the comfort and peace you’re looking for.

Nature & Tranquility:
Butler Beach is known for its quiet charm — a peaceful residential stretch of sand away from the hotel crowds, yet close to downtown St. Augustine’s shops, restaurants, and historic attractions. Here, you’ll find the best of both worlds: privacy and proximity.

Pool Heat Option:
Available November through February for an additional $150 fee. Please request at least 48 hours before check-in so we can have the pool warm and ready for your arrival. Pool is set to 85 degrees when heated.

Accessibility:
An elevator is available for guests with mobility needs. Please notify us in advance if someone in your group will require its use (no additional charge).

Pets:
Sorry, no pets are allowed. A $500 fine applies for unauthorized pets.

This was our first time renting a beach house and it was an absolutely amazing vacation!! Not only was the house gorgeous and extremely clean, thr mattresses in all the bedrooms were the most comfortable mattresses ever. The property was exactly like the pics. The views were amazing from the 2nd floor balcony. We had a family of turtles living between the beach and the backyard and we watched their movements nightly. I would highly recommend this property.

Great big place with a great view

This place is awesome. Nice views of the beach . The beach was great and not crowded at all in this area. Everything you need for a beach vacation is here. Pool was nice and clean. Grill was great. Plenty of hot water for 9 people to shower. Smart TV in every bedroom. Kitchen was big. We fed 9 people every night no problem. We saw several turtles and rabbits on every walk to the beach. I would recommend this house to any family 100%

Great Family House

Always love St. Augustine area & even better to stay right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood with your own private boardwalk. The bunk room was great for the kids but just a little tricky with 3 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom on the bottom floor - however it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms upstairs. A nice partially covered deck upstairs & great walkout access to pool & summer kitchen on bottom floor. It would have been nice to have a few extra beach towels. Very comfortable & nicely furnished. We would definitely rent again.

Big, Convenient Home for a Family/Group

The home was as pictured and very clean. However, only 1 of the 3 bathrooms was on the first floor with three bedrooms. The large number of stairs between the two floors could be a mobility issue for some unless access to the house elevator could be authorized. The kitchen was large, well stocked and convenient. The small, lovely pool and short, private walkway to the beach added significantly to the pleasure of staying beachfront. Communication with the property manager was a bit problematic. Our booking confirmation email said to expect property access instructions one week prior to our arrival; when these weren't received, it took 3 messages/calls before we were told instructions would come 24 hours before arrival. (They did.) When a fuse breaker left outlets in all three bathrooms non-functional, it took 3 phone calls over 15 hours before we knew maintenance was on its way. Despite these hiccups, the house was great for our 3-generation family of 10, and we would stay here again!

Beautiful getaway

The house, beach, and pool were amazing. So nice to have direct access to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all while we were there. The house was perfect! Some cooking amenities were not there that made cooking challenging but otherwise it was fantastic!
