The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. She responded quickly to all our needs. We had a situation with the hot-water heater and she helped us to get that corrected right away. The view from the top floor was beautiful and the hot-tub was clean and ready for us!

Absolutely love this house. I knew from the minute we walked in that it was going to be awesome! The ambiance is so relaxing. It's spacious. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all you need to cook. The living room is an amazing space for quite a few people. There are enough bathrooms for everyone. The view is wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking is adequate for 4 cars off the street. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of bedding, linens, towels, etc. Extras for small children and dogs. Beautiful small touches. Comfortable furniture. Excellent communication with host.

Very cute house. Has a lot of the stuff you need to enjoy the stay. It needs interior paint and it would look very nice. The heated pool is a hot tub, but I asked about it, so knew that beforehand. The room description I was very disappointed in. The rooms only have one bed in each of them. One king, One queen, One queen, and a bunk bed. Then it had two living spaces with couch pull outs. Each room did not have two beds in it like it said. Had to rethink our sleeping arrangements for the family last minute. Wouldn’t sleep 14. Max would be 12 in my opinion. We had 10 in our group. Lots of stairs, so don’t rent if injured or out of shape. We got our steps in for sure, which helped with our vacation eating . Only about a five minute walk to the beach and a smidge more to the Casino, which was great. Also had ocean views. We would rent it again.
