The Calvert a Modern Oasis in Henderson NV
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Stay in this modern house and live like a true local in Henderson. We're within driving distance to restaurants, night clubs, and casinos. Our rental comes with 3 bedrooms, and a hot tub, pool, and indoor fireplace that you're free to use any time. Master Bedroom opens up to a patio with the view of the whole backyard. 3000 Sq ft of living space. Heating, AC, Wi-Fi 1000 Mbps High Speed Internet. We've got everything you need.

Tampering with any of the security devices will result in immediate eviction and without reimbursement of security deposit. We have security cameras on the following areas: Driveway, Front door Backyard, Pool area and pool equipments. We value our guests privacy and we do not have any cameras inside our home. City of henderson also requires us to have noise monitors which are located at the following areas: Stairs and in our outside backyard patio .
A reminder message will be sent out to the guest if we get a call from Henderson County regarding noise complaint. This is just a reminder to keep the noise level down and to comply with Henderson County Ordinance.
Pool and spa heating is available. There is a $65 per day fee with minimum of 2 days. Please notify us 48 hrs prior to your check-in to get the pool heated.
NO SWIMMING during quiet hours (10p-10a). Parking:
- STRICTLY ONLY 3 cars can park on the driveway. Absolutely NO street parking.
Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge
Approved late checkout $50
Early checkin $75
Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $1000.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours strictly observed (Quiet hours 10pm-10am) Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $1000.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement of security deposit, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.
Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $1000.00.
Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.
House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
No music, loud talks, or any kind of noise in the backyard especially at the pool area, standing in front of the house, and smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited, If any of the neighbors complain about any noise or inappropriate behavior the guests will be asked to leave immediately.
Strictly no parties, events, or any additional guests, all guests entering and exiting the property will be monitored through our security camera.
We use a Noise decibel level monitoring device to ensure our guests do not go over a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors. They are located in the common area of the home.
We have Ring Cameras outside our home. Tampering with our devices will result in immediate removal from our property and will result in a fine up to $1000.00.
