Cozy Pool & Jacuzzi Home with Game Room

Beautifully remodeled home with a pool and jacuzzi, all new as of January 2022. This single-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The open-concept main room features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), granite worktops, and a living room with ample seating. The sofa also unfolds to provide additional beds.

There's a full-size washing machine and dryer. Relax in the private backyard that highlights an updated in-ground pool and jacuzzi. There's also a game room featuring a ping-pong table.

We have strollers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

Every room has a 47-inch LCD TV. The home has central air and heat, and Wi-Fi.

This house SLEEPS 8 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

No RVs, Caravans, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102

All major credit cards are accepted.

A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.

A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required for booking.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.

All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.

No local rentals where renter lives within 100 Miles of the Home.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is suspicious of fraudulent behaviour, determined to have been made under false pretences, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that include, but are not limited to, pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
