We had such an amazing weekend! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place for us to relax and spend time together. My niece absolutely loved the pool, and I loved having a space where I could catch up and make memories with my sisters. Thank you so much, Tarik, for opening your home to us and making our stay so enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and would happily stay again!

Don’t let the area deceive you or the outside of the house. This place is absolutely worth every single penny. I hosted my birthday there and it was the best place to do it. Plenty of room and very nice bedrooms. Bathrooms were perfectly clean as well as everything else. The highlight of this place is the backyard, if your the type that likes to hang outside with a huge pool and grill I highly recommend this place it’s seriously worth it. Not to mention your only 20 minutes from Santa Monica, DTLA, and Irvine you are literally in the middle of everything which makes this one of the best spots to choose especially if you want to travel and see all of LA. 10/10 experience.

I cannot say enough about this host and this place! Tarik was very communicative and helpful. This home was very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was perfect. The pool was very large. There were cute little decorative touches, such as strings of lights outside and Bluetooth speakers. The refrigerator was large with an ice/water maker. The washer and dryer were a great addition. The location was great for not being too busy. It was also a short, easy drive to everything we wanted to see in LA. - from a traveling mom with kiddos

Great stay

Omg this was such an amazing property! The property looks exactly how it is pictured on the listing! The host Tarik was AMAZING & always responded to me immediately. The neighborhood was nice & quiet, & the neighbors are also extremely kind! My kids & some of my family & I had a little BBQ, swam, & played music for Easter Sunday! The only negative I could say is there were so many bees in the backyard lol, I believe there may have been a nest somewhere. But that’s not something really preventable I guess! No one was bitten (: I would definitely recommend this property! Thank you Tarik!

Communication with the host was outstanding and check-in was very easy. The rooms were immaculate with lots of fresh linens and towels. The long driveway offered ability to park two cars if needed and offered wonderful access to the kitchen for bringing in groceries. We loved the pool and hot tub, and the outdoor area is gorgeous with lots of seating options. Tarik offered an option to heat the pool but it was already delightfully warm. Lots of large pool towels are available in the linen closet.The kitchen has a Keurig and cute coffee bar setup with tea and a lovely kettle. The freezer had plenty of ice, which I appreciate in a summer rental. We rented to host a family gathering and planned to cook a large meal, but there aren't any large pots or pans that would have accommodated that. However, it was easy to find local options to share.The main bathroom is newly remodeled with gorgeous tile and a deep tub. Modern and beautiful, but a challenge for me. I am 4'9" so getting in and out of the shower was a challenge for little old me and is something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. The other shower has a zero entry point but two steps at the entrance of that bathroom. They are easy enough to negotiate but just another thing to be aware of. Both entrances of the house include stairs so the house might be a challenge for some guests.The beds are decadently comfortable and the host keeps the house at a very comfortable temp. It was a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay! The pool was super clean and refreshing, and the jacuzzi was nice and warm perfect for relaxing at night. The outdoor speakers and lights made the whole backyard vibe really enjoyable. Inside was just as nice it smelled clean, looked spotless, and had a calm, relaxing feel throughout. The host was super helpful and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve ever had! 5 star place and 5 star host! Thank you Tarik!

The hot tub was great once we figured it out.I'm in a wheelchair, and it's not wheelchair accessible for either bathroom, so that was my only problem. Loved the manager always right on it whenever I text him. He was great.

Great Stay in Long Beach

Tarik was a great host! Communication was on point and very descriptive with picture instructions through text. He made everything very easy and accessible from checking in to having access to all the amenities. Place was very clean. All my family enjoyed their stay and we had a blast. Will definitely stay here again.

Birthday getaway

Booked this home for my mom’s birthday, it was very nostalgic for her, family & friends since she grew up in the area. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities. Property manager was a great communicator and very helpful during our stay. Overall we had a great time staying in the home, would book again! :)

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay in the Long Beach house. Everything was close by with short drives to restaurants, grocery and even the beach! The serene backyard was exactly as pictured. With colder temperatures, we used the hot tub a lot! We didn’t want to leave! We will be back!

Great travel with adult kids!!

Property was in a great location to go to different areas within CA like Disneyland, Long Beach pier and beaches. Quick highway access to Santa Monica, LA, and Pasedena. For 6 adults the property was great. Backyard was relaxing with hot tub and pool. Felt safe in neighborhood for a nice run and walk. Tarik was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Would rent again if in area!!!

Wonderful stay with a great host!

While the weather did not cooperate with us, that is the ONLY challenging event we experienced during our stay. Our host could not have been more helpful, communicative, and available to us. He did an amazing job of explaining how to use everything (great use of pictures to complement his explanations), The property met or exceeded our expectations, the description provided was very accurate, and I would definitely recommend this spot to any visiting the Long Beach area.
