Our newly-updated and renovated cottage is both a tranquil retreat and a convenient jumping-off point for your southern Maine vacation. Explore the pristine beaches of Wells and Ogunquit, dive into the invigorating waves, stroll the Marginal Way, sample the best lobster rolls in the world, sing your heart out at The Front Porch, catch a star at the Ogunquit Playhouse, or window-shop the unique shops of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Or simply relax and enjoy Beach Dreams and its amenities, including a pool and newly updated hot tub, fitness center, game room, and tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts. You will be planning your return trip before your vacation ends!

Really loved it here very clean and cozy. Close to shops in Ogunquit, restaurants, marginal way and beaches. Nice pool and community. The cottage was clean and stocked with almost anything you could need. Our kids loved spending afternoons at the pool aftera morning at the beach. The location was great as well with a near by Hanniford and a ton of good restaurants.

My friends and I stayed for a girls' weekend and absolutely loved this cottage! It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved being so close to everything in Wells and Ogunquit, and it was great that the hot tub was open! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Beach Dreams community was very inviting and everyone was friendly with lots of amenities. The pool was super clean and temp was warm! We also enjoyed the hot tub. One member of our party enjoyed the fitness room. The beach house was well stocked and very clean. Vanessa and Brian were very responsive when we had to ask a question. We enjoyed our stay very much! Highly recommend!

Great Cottage Away from Ogonquit Traffic

The cottage was clean and well maintained in a lovely community. It was close enough to Ogonquit without being in the midst of the crowds. Vanessa was wonderful with communication and even mailed back an item that we left behind. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends and would definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area.

Very clean and enjoyable. Had everything and more than what we could need. My son is a writer and spent a lot of time on the sun porch. The pool and hot tub were amazing and well kept. So close to anything you may need or enjoy. Looking forward to staying again❤️

We are Vanessa and Brian, your Beach Dreams hosts. We are central Massachusetts residents, but have adopted Wells as our own "vacationland." We have a girl and a boy and a grouchy kitty named Cotton. We are always happy to answer questions and to share our favorite local recommendations for dining and entertainment with you. We hope that Our Happy Place will become your Happy Place too!

Why they chose this property

Beach Dreams is conveniently located right off Route 1 in Maine, a short from the beach or downtown Ogunquit. The complex offers a large pool, a "kiddie" pool, hot tub, a gameroom, and a gym. Our cottage is recently updated (new pictures coming soon!) and well-appointed, with plenty of movies, games, and puzzles for your family and friends to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the summer nights and al fresco dining on the screened-in porch. The complex has little traffic, which makes it ideal for walking (you can walk down to get your morning coffee and breakfast sandwich from For the Love of Food and Drink at Saltwater Farm) or kids bike-riding (our son learned how to ride a bike on the Beach Dreams paths).
