Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Ten guests sleep across four bedrooms. The primary master suite opens directly onto the pool patio and features a king bed, rain shower, bidet, and smart TV. A second master suite offers the same king-bed comfort with its own smart TV and ceiling fan. The third bedroom holds a queen bed, and the fourth is a Toy Story-themed kids' room with two single beds and a TV that little ones will claim as their own the moment they walk in. A queen-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room adds flexibility for larger groups.

Living spaces
The open, single-level layout means no stairs and easy movement for everyone. A dedicated workspace in a private room with a door keeps remote workers and older kids productive, while the family room - connected to the kitchen and opening directly to the pool patio - becomes the natural gathering point of the home. Central AC keeps things comfortable throughout; just keep the exterior doors closed to hold the cool air in.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from big family breakfasts to late-evening meals. You'll have an LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven with built-in air fryer, dishwasher, and microwave, plus a complete set of cookware, baking sheets, and utensils. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, hot water kettle, and wine glasses are all ready to go. Breakfast is included with your stay - fuel up at the dining table before heading out to the parks.

Game room
The air-conditioned game room earns its own billing. A convertible table covers pool and ping pong, arcade machines bring the competition, and board games and life-size games keep every age group entertained. Children's books, toys, and pool toys are on hand too, making it a proper playroom from morning through to the evening.

Outdoor area
The private backyard is where the trip shifts into another gear. The heated pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours - pool and spa heating is available at an additional fee. A gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture are all set up for long, relaxed afternoons. The pool is maintained weekly and a skimmer is available between cleans. The patio looks straight out over the water - easy to keep an eye on the kids while you unwind.

Beyond the villa, guests have free access to nearby resort facilities including a shared gym, basketball and tennis courts, volleyball, and lake access for fishing. When the parks call, you're well placed - Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios), Universal Studios, Universal Epic, and SeaWorld are all within easy reach of the property.
