As instructed in our welcome package, you should report any deficiencies you encountered right after you checked into our property. If we received your report, we would send the property management company to fix the problem right away for you. Therefore, we hadn’t received any report from you and not even a single word from you to complain until you checked out from the property. You eliminated our capability to serve you better, and our opportunity complaining to the property management company and cleaner. So far you cannot provide any evidence to prove what you complained was true. Why didn't you send the pictures to the owner when you noticed them? How can you allow us to discuss these cleaning related issues with the cleaners! You should understand the time period you rented our property was a hardly seeing and the record cold weather in Florida. Our pool and spa heat system works fine. The pool water could be heat to 75 when environment temperature was 45 Fahrenheit. However, in this kind of temperature, the system cannot heat the pool water to the level you expected, plus you did not know how to properly use the spa heat to get spa water heated up. I am wondering why you didn't call the owner or property manager to ask for help. If you called any of us, you would know how to make spa heat work even in very cold weather. You failed to take any proper actions to the “issues” you encountered. After we refused your request for full refund of pool and spa heat because nothing wrong with our equipment, you came up with cleaning related issues. We are not sure we should trust you or not. If you complained it as soon as you saw the problem, we would have a change to point out the “problem” in front of the property management company and cleaner. We do have the property manager to do ‘Pre Arrival Inspection’ before every guest checking-in in order to prevent from unpleasant things happened. I did talk to the property manager. He told me that was impossible. He asks the evidence. However, you do not have!
