We have stayed in this condo 3 times now and have enjoyed it everytime. The property is always clean and well stocked. The property owner is always very responsive and kind. When we plan a trip to New Braunfels I always try to plan it around this property’s availability.

Where the deer and the family play…

Really enjoyed the quiet setting, so close to downtown. Lots of nature out your doorstep with the deer and all the conveniences you need to have a comfortable stay.

Great Condo on the Comal

The condo was very nice and in a convenient location for tube rentals. There were plenty of towels and linens for 6 of us. Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again.

Excellent location and view from the condo. Fresh remodel in 2022 including both bathrooms and the kitchen. The condo will sleep 6 adults comfortably, but can sleep 8 if you have a mix of children in the group.
