Great stay!

Wonderful place, nicely fixed up, clean. Fantastic location-near everything but away enough that not as loud, more private. Great property manager, always very responsive. I’ve been to South Beach many times, one of the best spots I’ve stayed in. My boyfriend and I would definitely love to come back!!!

A Nightmare! Awful, misleading advertisement

A FUIR! HORRIBLE STAY. MISLEADING ADVERT. All the windows face ugly walls 3 metres away, no view, it's a prison!Everything is old, damaged or non-functional (curtains don't stay up, blinds don't go up, furniture is damaged, the bedroom door rubs on the floor and won't close unless you wake the whole household, and the dishwasher didn't work)!The flat was dirty with cotton buds in several places in the sofas and on the floor!It was also very noisy, as the bedrooms overlooked the air-conditioning motors of the neighbouring buildings, which were under our windows.To top it all off, the toilet got blocked on the first evening and we had to wait until 3pm the next day to hear from the owner.Well, the owner was very unhelpful, as all these problems meant we had to move and shorten our stay. The owner did not want to make a direct refund, which meant that I had to pay taxes that I could have avoided paying by making an amicable direct transaction.

Thank you for you super nice review. But I’m used to that .. you know why ? Because I’m also French as you are . Always unsatisfied, always complaining, always arguing. The unit is always clean . Everything works inside . You blocked toilet with tons of toilet paper. . Yes I confirm you my unit has not ocean view but only next building view. But if you want ocean view, pay for that. You can’t expect 5 stars and paying for 2. Yes you have to pay taxes ! Those are not for me . Do you complain in France when you pay VAT 20% on everything??? No !! So do not complain paying taxes here also. This country needs to live also as you do in France . That’s not fair to criticize for no reason… just because you don’t like the place doesn’t mean that you have to destroy it . But that’s ok I manage this unit since ten years and on the other website I have only 5stars !! It’s weird I only have bad reviews from French people. I don’t remember that I was so bad judge when I lived in France . Anyway, I wish you a life plenty of colors and happiness

The property is situated between Espanola Way & Lincoln Road, just west of Washington St. Access to multiple reasonable restaurants and bakeries. Very nice value for location, square footage and a full kitchen. An enjoyable experience!
