It has its own en suite bathroom and a private deck perfect for watching the sun rise over the water. The main level has three queen bedrooms and a bunk bedroom for the teens and kids. The full size washer and dryer are perfect for light packers and long stays.

PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

The house was clean and beautiful with a well appointed kitchen. The A/C worked great, even the loft was nice and cool. Loved the open shared space (kitchen, dining, & family room. Everyone was a part of the fun. Beach/gulf view was unobstructed and the wooden deck seats were amazingly comfortable for beach watching. Comfy beds, sealed towels were a plus, and two refrigerators! The walkway to the beach was narrower than I'd prefer (our 2 year old couldn't walk beside me) and it was hard to find when returning from the beach... but it was built up and free from grasses so that was good. Would choose it again!

The house is great, 5 bedrooms including a bunk room for the children. House is located on the pedestrian beach, which is perfect for families who want to walk to the ocean. The house was well stocked with dishes, bring your own spices and paper goods. Overall a wonderful home and I would stay again.
Very nice 4 bedroom home with a large loft with a king size bed and personal bathroom and deck. We loved this home. It was our first time getting a home on the ocean side right on the beach. It had a very relaxing and homie feel to it. It was perfect to us! I will say. If you’re not a morning person or just want to sleep in a little. Do not sleep in the loft. The all the windows and skylights will have you up at the butt crack of dawn! Lol.
