4* NEGATIVO- manca aria condizionata ed essendo esposto a Sud avevo in casa tra i 29 mattino presto ed i 32 sera dopo cucinato anche se grazie al clima ventilato e poco umido li ho in parte sopportati, ovviamente di notte finestrone aperto con relativa luce- manca parcheggio e possibilità di entrare a caricare e scaricare, ma se la metti nella rotonda prima dell'ingresso nessuno dice nulla e poi il cancelletto sulla destra è a 30 metri dall'ascensore molto comodo. ci sono parcheggi a pagamento a circa 200-300mt, io ho parcheggiato a Le Lavandou gratuitamente su strada a circa 700-800mt ma trovi solo verso sera- casa relativamente piccola ma per essere Francia è già buona- qualche schiamazzo notturno specie quando non c'era il guardianoPOSITIVO- Bel Balcone vista giardino parcheggio interno e piscina;- Bel mare non nella baia diretta 200mt circa con flangiflutti che resta un po' chiusa ma in quella piu' a destra antistante il Campeggio Camp du Domane circa 300mt- Bel sentiero litoraneo sia verso il campeggio in qualche caso esposto che porta a belle baie e calette e quello con passerella che porta a le Lavandou- Attività d'Acqua 250mt Noleggio canoe Sup Trascinamento ciambelloni Paracadute ascensionale.- Belle viette fornite di ristoranti e gelaterie e piccoli supermercati a circa 200mt , Carrefour grande a cica 3km Le Lavandou- Piscina non immensa circa 15x10 (ricordarsi di portare costume da piscina o similari in maglina, no costumi tipici da spiaggia)
