Regina First and foremost, we are happy you enjoyed your stay, and we appreciate guests that provide us with constructive feedback. Every minor issue you mentioned has already been resolved. The broken toilet seat in bathroom number 12 has been replaced and the tear in the back of the couch has already been repaired. Future guests will certainly not have any problems with these minor issues in the future. Not sure that a couple of small issues were worthy of a four star review however, we are always willing and ready to address any issues, whether they are minor or perceived to be major. Our number one goal is to provide our guests with a five-star experience. Anything less than that is a failure on our part. We will consider to strive to provide our guests with five star vacations and we will continue to maintain our Premier host status on Vrbo and maintain a 4.85 guest rating experience! Jennifer We are very happy that you and your guests enjoyed your stay with us! Our entire team does all that we can to ensure that our guests always enjoy five-star vacation experiences. You mention that there was small wear and tear on some of the pieces of furniture. We are aware that this is one of the challenges we must deal with when we rent our larger houses. We literally have thousands of guests staying at our homes each year and we do everything we can to replace furnishings and repair items as they show their wear. It is our intent to always make sure that our homes appear to our guests exactly as they appear in photos. We are not like many owners who take photos in year one and allow things to wear down. Rest assured that we will replace any patio items that are not functional or that are rusted. We will also replace any furnishings that are seriously worn or get broken. We will continue to ensure that our guests are staying in the same home that they are viewing in the photographs that represent it. Thank you very much for your comments. Tanya Even though this is the first four star review we have ever received for this home, we are certainly happy that you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about the mixup with the hot tub. As we did some troubleshooting we discovered that the previous guests had disconnected a wire that prevented the motherboard from kicking the heat on. It is important that our guests enjoy a five-star experience at any of our homes and that is why we immediately refunded your pool heating fee. I’m glad our housekeepers were able to find your son‘s retainer and get it returned to you also. Thanks very much for visiting us!

Derrick First, I want to thank you for the five star review. Karen and I and our Property Managers work tirelessly to make sure that all of our properties meet high standards so all our guests enjoy five-star vacation experiences. You bring up a couple of very valid points in your review comments. The Solterra resort homeowners association recently held an election to bring in new officers to manage our resort. The first item on our agenda is to allocate funds to completely restructure the Solterra entrance and security gates so we can put an end to this congestion. I will keep our guests informed of the progress we make in restructuring the entrance in Security Gate. I apologize for your frustrations in that regard, and I will do all I can as an owner of three Solterra properties to expedite the improvement of our resort entrance. With regards to parking, Solterra resort homeowners are attempting to change the bylaws to permit larger homes like ours to be able to accommodate more vehicles. Even though the resort sets a five vehicle limit with guests, we are willing to accommodate any of our guests if they would like to register up to seven vehicles. The key is simply to make sure every vehicle has a parking pass in the windshield, and that vehicles are parked in designated parking spots. We would love to see you our group return yearly.
