Family yearly trip

There were 18 of us staying here and we had a great stay! It was clean, spacious, very entertaining, and just like the listing! The house is very accommodating for multiple families-you can get lost it’s so large. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. the whole family enjoyed a movie on the big screen in the evening when it was cold outside. The resort was super fun. I would highly recommend this stay!

Spring Break

The amenities this house has are amazing! It’s so nice to have your own pool and hot tub for when the resort pool was busy. We had kids ranging 18 mo to 16yrs old and there was something for everyone! Ellie was very quick to answer any questions I had leading up to our stay and during our stay.

Everything was perfect. Couldn't tell who enjoyed the house more... the kids or adults! Everything was amazing and shown just like in the videos/pictures. The staff was very courteous, helpful and ready to assist. Can't wait yo plan our next trip!

Nice House but....

The property is a nice home but not quite as described. The kitchen was NOT fully equipped as described. It was just a culmination of miscellaneous pots and pans and there are no basic items such as salt and pepper. You will need to bring trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc. Only starters are supplied. It would have been nice to have known that prior to arriving. Many items were damaged or in bad condition, including the dishwashers, grill, and pool table. The air hockey machine was not working. We also called about a leak from the ceiling. Management did call out a plumber but nothing was done about the water that came into the house, as one of the carpets in a bedroom was soaked from the leak.With that said, the house did provide a nice place for our family gathering. Just wish the property was better maintained and stocked, especially for the price.

We appreciate your feedback and hope that you and your family are doing well. Foremost, unlike many companies, we are an owner-manage company. Therefore, if there’s an issue, the owner’s a phone call away. When we received a call about a leak, our plumber showed up and determined it was condensation issue caused by the guest. The guest apologized. We were not told about a wet carpet. We do wellness visits every day on our guests, this was never brought up. Same with the air hockey table. We found out post-stay that the blower was bad. We replaced the game. There was no report of dishwasher not working (there are two in the house). Again, we have staff on hand to address issues and we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. As for the supplies/toiletries, we provide what’s standard in our industry. All our bathrooms are staffed each with 2 paper towels, we leave paper towels in the kitchen, all receptacles have trash bags, plus extras, dish soap, sponges, etc. We used to supply Salt and Pepper but due to allergy concerns, we stopped providing guests with anything ingestible. The house was fantastic and truly offered amenities for guests of all ages. All of the bedrooms were very large, so everyone had plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable. The dining room easily accommodated our family of 18, allowing us to gather together for meals without feeling crowded.The bowling alley and game room were a huge hit with the kids and kept them entertained throughout the stay. Those spaces really added to the overall experience and made the house feel like a destination in itself.The most important part of our stay, however, was the communication with our host. From check-in to check-out, the communication was fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. It made us feel like we were in good hands the entire time. In our experience, clear and responsive communication from a host is the most critical component of a great stay, and this host absolutely delivered.
