We so enjoyed our time here. The grounds are beautiful and conveniently located. The management was so helpful (even helping me find a mail box), and the man that tends the garden is just delightful. We will never forget our time at this extended stay. Thank you!

The unit was very well maintained. It was in a great location to walk to the mall or to the center of Belmont which has a few cute cafes and restaurants.

Very Artsy area

Very unique property amidst several other rental properties and lots of great gardening which I am sure is beautiful in the spring. Great design in this location with fabulous bathroom with heated floors and amazingly comfortable king size bed. Unit is extremely cold in the winter and the heat in the bedroom was great - however heating in the main area did not seem to be working. Thankfully I brought an additional blanket and there is a space heater located in a drawer in the bedroom which we ran during our stay. Walking to the downtown mall was 15 minutes and a tad sketchy. All driving was within 10 minutes or so to most locations within Charlottesville proper area. Sofa in living area was very comfortable and kitchen was great. We loved Bodo’s Bagels, Citizens’s Burger and numerous wineries around the area. Wegmans was great for to go food.
