Walking distance to all of the best Santa Cruz has to offer: Cowell's Beach, the Municipal Wharf, the Boardwalk, Steamer Lane, the surfing museum and downtown Santa Cruz.

This wonderful home was built in 1946 for one of the pioneer fishing families in Santa Cruz. It is truly the quintessential FAMILY home. All on one level, pecan hardwood floors throughout. The backyard is perfect for croquet or bocce ball. A soak in the large, private hot tub will provide a perfect end for your perfect day at the beach.

We have thought of and provided everything that you will need for a fun, relaxing and memorable vacation in Santa Cruz. You will not be disappointed!

This is the best location for your Santa Cruz beach vacation. You will want to come back again and again!

We take our guest's safety seriously. We have 3 outdoor security cameras that do not have a view into any private spaces. They are not monitored by us, unless there is an incident that requires us to look back through footage.

We are only the 2nd owners. As soon as we learned that it was for sale, we did what we had to do to make it ours! It is truly a piece of Santa Cruz history and we are happy to share it with you!
