This is our second stay at this VRBO. It is a peaceful retreat away from the bustle of Myrtle Beach and a short (less than 5 minute) walk to the beach.The fenced in yard is great for our dog. Keep in mind that the yard is shared by the first level if there are renters. The view of the marsh from the dock is spectacular. Herons, Egrets throughout the day.Hope to return!

Perfect Girls Beach Weekend

No complaints about our stay at all! The location was wonderful and the hosts were quick to respond, and the stay was wonderful! Would go again over and over!

Located right where we needed it! Short walk to the ocean and views of the inlet. All the attractions are just a short drive away.

The best thing about the rental was the location. A short two blocks to the beach, not far from the pier, and 15 minute drive to Murrells Inlet restaurants. The backyard was nice, with a small deck and a larger one by the water, but it is shared. The inside was fine, some of the furniture is showing its age. The handles of the kitchen faucet and shared bathroom were loose. The host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, good home base for a family.

Marsh life

Great over/under duplex property on the marsh. Family had a great time. Short walk to the beach and crabbing off the dock at the property. Close to many things to do and great places to eat.

Nice unit. Clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated. Beautiful view of Inlet. Nice fenced back yard. 5 min walk to beach. 15 min walk to Conch Cafe. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view, quiet street, easy walk to the beach

Our family rented both units of this duplex on our recent trip to Garden City. Check in process was super easy and host was very responsive. Plenty of easy parking and the house was clean. Fenced backyard was really nice and included a deck over the marsh that was so nice to sit on and watch the sunset.

Nice weekend get away

Took wife, daughters and their boys for a weekend fishing and boating event. The location of this property was perfect for our needs. We were upstairs and it was fine. Clean, comfortable and great to have the dock out back for the boys to fish and play.

Mini Beach Vacation

The house was perfect!!! Nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The owner communicated all necessary information in advance effectively. And responded promptly to all questions during our stay. The best part, the house is about 200 yards from the beach. And the sunsets from the back deck are breathtaking.

Close to the beach!

Spacious upper level unit that is very close to the beach! My family was happy with our stay but the unit could use some updating (the lower rental unit is all updated so perhaps the upper will be next) and perhaps a better stocked kitchen (no tools for the BBQ grill, no platters, knives aren't very sharp, etc). Overall I would definitely recommend this property and the property owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Nice yard for relaxing and watching the sunset.
