David, our host was great! He kept in contact with us and let us know if we needed anything to just shoot him a text. The house was especially clean and everything that is listed amenity wise is there. Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be staying there again.

We just completed a week’s stay at this property. The listing is very accurate. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable; the kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and updated appliances. Our kids enjoyed having the lower level to themselves with their own living room and refrigerator. While it was too hot outside for the hot tub, it was a nice amenity as well as the bikes and the kayaks. We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in back patio overlooking the water. David was incredibly responsive from booking all the way thru the completion of our stay. We’d definitely consider booking this property again in the future!

Beautiful home and location

We had such a nice stay at David’s place and really appreciated how communicative he was. The rooms were nice, comfy beds, kitchen was well stocked with things we needed for cooking, everything was clean and loved the hot tub. Great for our friend getaway.

Perfect Location

Beautiful views

The house and property were so amazing. We used the Kayaks and bikes provided. The inlet is so great for kayaking trip. The beach is within walking distance and the hot tub is a great way to relax at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitly stay there again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Great house for large groups. 10 of us plus a 2 yr old. We all had plenty of space. Screen porch let us get outside the day it rained.
