Everything was great but elevator was down for a couple days had to carry everything from second floor down to load with bad heart bummer!

Apartment clean but had roaches during the stay. Told the property owner and said they would take care of it.

I am glad you had a good stay but have to say I was surprised at the 3 star review Beth. All properties at the resort are treated regularly by pest control and everything is done to avoid unwanted visitors. Unfortunately with the Florida damp climate, it cannot always be completely avoided. You did not notify us of any problem until after you checked out so we could not respond - wish you would so we could have taken care of it immediately.
