Beautiful, contemporary and well-equipped accommodation for up to 6 persons located on Encantada Resort, this established guarded/gated community offers full resort facilities on site within easy access to all the major park attractions, shopping and dining. The townhouse offers a large, comfortable family room with full-size sleeper sofa for extra guests if needed, with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a master king bedroom and very generous twin bedroom located on the second floor each with its own bathroom. All bathrooms are provided with complementary toiletries. There is a half bath located on the ground floor. A rear patio area boasts its own private hot tub facility, a propane grill/BBQ, and outside furniture to enjoy the fresh air and sunny Florida climate. Private parking is located to the front of the property. Free WiFi included. The property comes fully equipped with all utensils, linens and towels. A private washer/dryer is also provided in the home. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.
