2 Bed Contemporary Home/FREE heated private hot tub/FREE resort facilities

Beautiful, contemporary and well-equipped accommodation for up to 6 persons located on Encantada Resort, this established guarded/gated community offers full free resort facilities on site within easy access to all the major park attractions, shopping and dining. The townhouse offers a large, comfortable family room with full-size sleeper sofa for extra guests if needed, with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a master king bedroom and very generous twin bedroom located on the second floor each with its own bathroom. All bathrooms are provided with complementary toiletries. There is a half bath located on the ground floor. A rear patio area boasts its own private hot tub facility with heating included, a propane grill/BBQ, and outside furniture to enjoy the fresh air and sunny Florida climate. Private parking is located to the front of the property. Free WiFi included. The property comes fully equipped with all utensils, linens and towels. A private washer/dryer is also provided in the home. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.

We stayed in the house for a week with our 2 kids (9 and 7) and it was great! The location is amazing, a very short drive to Target, Publix or Walmart. There are several restaurants close to and shopping options. The drive to Disney World is 15-18 minutes. The drive to Universal Studios is 30-35 minutes. The house is super clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub.

Not what I expected

Unit needs improving. Stains all over furniture and beds. Master bedroom sheets had brown stains all over them and mattress cover. Not easy to reach anyone after 4pm when office is closed. Carpet has stains all over the floor. When you walk into unit there is an odor. Rental company did change sheets out. Recommendation: put more time into cleaning. Check mattress covers and sheets. Run water down drains if unit sits for awhile. Would not rent this unit again. Very disappointed.
