Another strong Emerald Island option on Crystal Cove Loop: a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home inside the gated resort, with pools, tiki bar, tennis, basketball, and volleyball on site and Disney and Universal minutes away.

The layout: a king bedroom with attached bath, a queen bedroom with attached bath, and a kids' room with two twin beds. Sleeps 6 very comfortably, 8 with the living room sleeper sofa. Pet-friendly, with in-home washer and dryer.

Full kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Free high-speed WiFi and flat-screen cable TVs. Starter coffee and toiletries provided; nearby stores cover longer stays.

Note: the Emerald Island HOA charges a one-time access fee of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/taxi), paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.

House is big and is exactly what the photos show, the house was not cleaned to our standards but nothing we couldn't clean quickly, host was communicative and helpful, ran into a couple of issues but the host had it fixed as soon as they could. House is very close to a toddler park and one of the community pools, close to the tennis courts as well. Very quiet resort, we loved the balcony off of the master room. We do wish they had a few different pot and pans options or even a baking dish, but if you are doing a weekend stay you should be fine! Overall was a great stay!

Enjoyed pur stay. Nice home.

We enjoyed staying here. Home is in gated community, well kept and the property manager Manny was very professional and quick to respond to every question that I had. I highly recommend this home and i look forward to staying there again.

Perfect in every way

Location is perfect! Literally right next to the parks, Walmart, and plenty of other businesses. Home was very clean and the process to check in was a breeze. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and will also be staying here again in the future.

We had a great time staying at your property. It’s located in a nice, quiet area, which made our visit very enjoyable.We would have loved to give a full 5 out of 5 stars, but we did run into a couple of issues during our stay. The gas range was not working properly, and the dryer was also not functioning. Additionally, some of the appliances could use updating. We also noticed that the downstairs bathroom was not fully clean, as we found mosquitoes there.Taking these points into consideration, we are giving a 4-star rating. Aside from these concerns, we truly enjoyed your property and appreciate the experience. Thank you!

The only good thing about the property is the good location if you are visiting the Disney Parks and Emerald Island itself, that is super nice and quiet Regarding the house, there were not enough chairs and cups…we had to claim them. It took 48hs to resolve it after a couple of mails. We were 6 people, 4 chairs, 5 cups (1 of them broken)
