4,400 sq ft Luxurious 9 bedroom 7 bath pool home. Just 17 minutes to Disney world! This home comes well equipped for your family vacation! Sleeps 26 people! Large backyard with no back neighbors, private heated pool with a child safety gate and hot tub. The resort features a large pool, spa, gym, Internet cafe, children’s play area, clubhouse and theater. If you would like the pool/hot tub, heated, please let me know at least 3 days in advance. There is a $40/day charge added to your stay for added pool heat.

Wonderful vacation home

My wife and I along with our adult children and our grandchildren couldn’t have picked a better home for our 2025 family vacation and our host was on point with everything we needed we can’t wait to come back next summer hopefully we’ll have the same property and host thanks again Jackie

Neighborhood towing your car away

I didn't like the neighborhood because the towing man didn't give another time to unloading before that towing your car I want be staying there no time soon

Only thing i didn't like about it that nobody express the way to park car in driveway. My car got towed because on the instructions it states not to park in street. My car was in driveway and they towed it.

I gave it 3 stars because....

The house is really nice I love house the house is made but, it can use a really good cleaning and paint. The sofa is broke the dining room chairs are weak, the house need some new furniture, tv's didn't have batteries, one remote did not work at all, no wash clothes, one of the bed boxspring was broke, the tv console upstairs had a hole in it, the bathroom sink in one of the rooms had a crack we put a trash can under it so the water can run in it, I paid for the heat and it stopped working the next day, a hole is in the screen where the pool is and racoons kept coming in why the kids was in the pool, the slide door did not lock, and the pots to cook in with was horrible.

The property is at an excellent neighborhood, excellent amenities, huge house for the family, and excellent service from the administrator. No complaints about an excellent and perfect vacation trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we had plenty of space....we could have used a better selection of pots and pans..bowls with lids....cookie sheet. ..we would definitely stay there again

Nice and big

Overall we had a great time. Walking distance to Walmart and other amenities. House smelled a bit stuffy when we arrived. Games room had only a couple working games the rest were broken. But we had a good time. Loved having two fridges and two dishwashers that really came in handy. The rugs could use a wash in all the bed rooms but other than that the house was pretty great.

Family Vacation Feburary 2025

We stayed here for eight days before getting on a cruise, we had 4 families, including grandparents and children as young as the age of 4, this place had more than enough room for everyone, check-in was easy ,and the management staff was great to deal with, the rental is close to all amenities, including shopping,outlet malls Walmart, 20 minutes to Disney, and plenty of restaurants and is in a gated community. The kids loved having the pool and hot tub, Villa was as advertised, with a large family of 15 it was great that the villa had two dishwashers and two refrigerators, there was also plenty of dishes, including silverware, and everything that you need, we did not use any frying pan as they were not in great condition and should be replaced .we did have to call the management staff as we had a problem with the heat in the pool. They dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, only thing that we found with such a large family, was there was not enough towels and face cloths. The pool area had plenty of space was very clean, there was no loungers to layout on, however there was plenty of chairs and tables to sit around.Overall, we really enjoyed your stay with recommend anyone with a large family or multiple couples to stay.We would definitely rent Here again

I was no given house code until 40 minutes after checking in , Had to repeatedly call host, Pot and pans we rusted in which I informed host and sent pictures, I had to purchase my own to cook, she asked me to leave them and she would reimburse me but I didn’t. Place was ok for one night. However I will not be renting this property again.

Overall, the place was nice, One of the men fell out of a chair that was broken. The amenities wasn't able to use the grill for $65 because it didn't burn properly the game rooms pool table sticks tips were damaged table was damaged wasn't able to enjoy. Other game tables were wobbly unable to play. Very disappointed. Shelf in the family room falling away from the wall. First room coming in the house bugs Were spotted. Nice place needs help to maintain. But thank you outside of those things the retreats was great

Family Getaway

When we arrive, there were leftover crumbs on the living room floor on one of the couches and on the kitchen countertop so the cleaning people did not really clean very well. Also, the pool was not completely clean. It had a few bugs in it which is expected this time of year with all the rain I am assuming, the rugs in the bedrooms had stains on them. It is my suggestion to maybe remove all the carpet and just have the same flooring throughout the home it makes the house look a lot nicer. The game room was located in the garage which was very hot and the games were not some of them working so we did not allow the children to play in there so that was no use. There was only one working remote that we can find that would go to the main TV in the living room the television upstairs remotes did not work so these are some things that can definitely improve the property. Thanks.

This house is not safe to rent!!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving week with a family of 17. When we arrived we did an inspection of the house. The photos are very deceiving. The kitchen stove was smashed. The bathroom sink was severely cracked. The children’s bedroom was missing the inside handle and our small grandchildren got locked in. The patio is covered in black mold. The pool was filthy. A tshirt and Gatorade bottle were in the pool. The pool cleaner removed them but threw them in the corner of the patio. The gaming tables were broken. A loose electrical wire is hanging from the wall exposed. We reached out to the owner by way of email and phone call as they were provided in our checkin package. She refused to answer our calls and responded via email demanding we only correspond via VRBO. There are serious safety hazards associated with this house. I expect that these item be addressed before anyone else stays there. I would never recommend this house to anyone!! If I could give it a zero rating I would.

Beautiful home. Great Location.

We enjoyed our family vacation. The home is fully equipped with all appliances needed to host a large family for an extended period. We wish the home was cleaned/maintenanced a little more thoroughly. Bags of trash from the previous vacationers were left behind and the pool was very merky. The bifold closet doors were off hinges, wires hanging out of sockets, a door knob missing in the children's room, and nothing in the gaming area actually worked. Never-the-less, we enjoyed having the space and the opportunity to get together in this beautiful home.
