Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious home, amenities, community, and convenient access to the parks. We were disappointed to learn about your concerns regarding the bedding, floors, baseboards, and pool clarity only after your stay. We take cleanliness very seriously, and had we been notified of any of these concerns during your visit, we would have immediately sent our cleaning or pool service team to address them. We are very responsive to our guests and always want the opportunity to correct an issue while they are still at the property. We have shared your comments with our cleaning and pool teams for follow-up. We appreciate the feedback and are glad that, overall, you enjoyed the home, its many amenities, and the location.

Hi Eddie, Thank you for your kind words! We’re delighted you had such a positive experience, even in a short amount of time. Your enjoyment means a lot to us, and we look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future. Andrienne

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness and cookware did not meet your expectations. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as no concerns regarding either issue were reported. Had we known, we would have been happy to send our cleaning team back to address any areas that needed additional attention and assist with any cookware concerns. We take guest feedback seriously and will review both items with our team. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we have the opportunity to resolve concerns promptly rather than learning about them for the first time in a review.

It means everything to know that your family of 15 had such a wonderful time together and that the home became a destination in itself 😊 We’re especially glad the kids enjoyed it so much that they wanted a full “stay at the house” day—that’s exactly what we hope for!
