Look no further for your new favorite Hilton Head Sea Pines vacation spot! 5 Indigo Lane provides a renovated, bohemian-inspired home, perfect for couples and families alike. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has laminate and tile flooring throughout, all new bathrooms and furnishings and a newly landscaped and refreshed pool deck for 2024!

The main level of the home is ground level (no steps!) and features a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, couch and 3 chairs. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The kitchen features stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and a laundry area. There is also a door that leads from the kitchen to the pool area. The dining area has seating for 6, as well as sliding doors leading to the pool.

The main level of the home has a primary bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV and two closets. The bathroom has ornate tile flooring, two granite top vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on that level has a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a granite top vanity and walk-in shower.

The two guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The first bedroom has a queen bed, desk area and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a desk area. These rooms share access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

5 Indigo Lane offers the ultimate outdoor experience with a fully fenced-in backyard, private salt water pool, free use of the stand-alone hot tub and gas grill. The back area has a perfect mix of sun and shade, as well as plenty of seating and lounge chairs available.

Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Passes are charged per car per week; $17.00 per car per week. Please contact Sunset Rentals if additional passes are needed.

*Pool Heat is available for an additional cost. Hot tub heat is available at no additional cost.*
*Guests are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog, 50 pounds or under, for an additional, non-refundable fee of $225 plus tax per dog.*

This home is conveniently located just a short walk from the Hilton Head Sea Pines Forest Preserve and famed Lawton Stables. Harbour Town Marina and the Sea Pines Beach Club are just a short bike ride away as well!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Nice house

The house was great - loved how the bedrooms were spaced out so that you had privacy. Some of the house has been updated bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. Kitchen and some furniture needs updating and house needs smoke detectors. We loved the pool and hot tub as they made staying at the house more relaxing.
