Was located close to many activities

Very accurate on location and very nice. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. The parking availability was different than I ever experienced but that was the only thing. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall good

Overall we had a good stay. The location is excellent. There were a Few issues that we reported to management. Some were addressed, some were not. A little disappointing. We would probably stay there again.

Mid winter vacation

Great house. Game room in garage is average quality. House won’t have coffee filters. Has hotel style stair lights which are bright. Doesn’t have curtains in living room. Lots of speed bumps in neighborhood.

Beautiful house, unfortunate miscommunication

The house itself is exactly as described and beautiful. The location was so close to Disney and lots of other restaurants and stores(you can almost walk to Walmart if you forgot anything). The only downside we had was checkin. It seems they weren’t prepared for us to arrive, we couldn’t even get in the gate of the neighborhood because we weren’t registered, then the house itself had never been cleaned from the last tenants. Towels all on the floor and beds slept in, luckily the previous renters were very clean people. The place also has no bakeware so if you want to cook something in the oven bring your own. HOWEVER, even with the unfortunate start to our week the management of the property responded to all of our issues extremely quickly and took care of everything. From the checkin issue to getting the house cleaned it was maybe 3 hours total, so even though inconvenient they really stepped up to make it right and the rest of our trip was flawless.

DO NOT STAY HERE (unless you like being charged twice for everything)

From the very first moment I booked this house I felt like something was off. They were unable to change my dates and had me cancel and rebook so I did Next I paid for my stay but the rental company kept asking me to pay. I had to tell them 2 times I paid and then they finally figured it out. Then came the deposit due on the 19th, For 499$. It got automatically charged on the 12th even though the due date was the 19th. Then on the 19th, I got charged AGAIN. Then they again asked me twice to pay the deposit which I had paid twice. To date, only one deposit has been returned. We tried to heat the pool and were staying 3 nights but they require 4 nights pay for the pool minimum. Either way I agreed to this and then received bank wiring information. Never have I ever been asked to wire money AND pay tax to heat a pool When I tried to reach the owners, they wouldn’t help me out. I wanted to take my situation and experience to the owners INSTEAD of posting this review but they wouldn’t connect me. So if you are reading this and you are the owner of this property, I apologize for this negative review. I tried to get connected with you prior to this but your rental company wouldn’t allow it. This same company called me 7 times in a row 3 days AFTER I’d checked out and then messaged me asking me to leave so the cleaners could come inside. All that being said, I would never stay here and I would never work with this company. It’s a shame because this house was really nice

Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. There seem to be some mistakes here, so we want to clarify. Regarding your payment, there was an issue with your credit card and bank; we had yet to receive any payment from you, so we contacted you to check the details about it. Upon receiving your complaint, we immediately reviewed our payment records and found that the security deposit was indeed processed twice due to a technical error. This does not align with our standards, so we refunded you immediately. Secondly, we noted all the information about the pool heat fee in the description and message sent before you arrive because it takes 48 hours to heat, so you must order it. Moreover, the check-in time is 10 am; you checked out late because we had a guest back to back that day, so our cleaner needed time to clean it, so we called you to remind you. Please understanding about it. We will constantly develop and improve service quality to be able to serve you better. Once again, we would like to send our sincere thanks and deep gratitude to our customers. Wishing you good health, happiness and success always.

bare minimum

If you only need a place to sleep then this place would work for you. Pros: It is spacious. We had 9 people there and felt very comfortable. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The air conditioning makes the whole house crisp and chilly, except for in one of the downstairs bedrooms. That one stays pretty warm and there are no fans anywhere in the house. There is a pool and you have access to the community pool and water slides. The garage is a game room, but you can't stay in there long in the summer because it is just a hot box with no air flow. The house was fairly clean, except for the walls having dirt spots all over them, and the stained carpet. Cons: When we got there the smoke alarm was beeping and we found the downstairs master bathroom lights were burnt out. I immediately contacted the owner and she said she was sending someone that evening, but nobody showed up. The kitchen is extremely under-equipped. The water maker in the refrigerator didn't work and the ice tasted horrible, which is more due to the local water. The sink dripped constantly. The garbage disposal didn't work and had old gross food down in it, therefore the sink drained slowly. There was not a single coffee filter to get you started and they provided ONE trash bag, which was the wrong size for what the Windsor community required for their daily trash pick-up. The only other thing we found was a disposable salt and pepper shaker. I am aware that most places require you to bring things you need past your first day, but I have never seen a place so bare. There wasn't a sheet pan to bake on, a spatula, and not a single kitchen towel?! The bathrooms had exactly 1 towel per person and no floor towels, so we had to use our hand towels on the floor. The beds all had the crunchy waterproof bed-liners and the upstairs bathroom would only get warm water, not hot enough for a shower. The pool had absolutely nothing to use it it, like a couple cheap noodles even. The pool light and string lights were out around it. And the worst part was the communication between myself, the owners, and their rental company. I got similar e-mails from the owner and company, but with slightly differing info, and nobody ever signed them. Our credit card was charged an extra 50% plus a second (and higher than quoted) security deposit, which was refunded (only due to our request), but took several days. Overall, this place needs some serious work in comfort and communication.
