This is a great one bedroom condo in downtown. The location is also great. It is just steps to Main Avenue where a lot of restaurants and shops are located. The condo is very clean and the kitchen has high end appliances. Bailey was great to work with. She always responded quickly, very helpful and friendly. She has a great list of local restaurants and things to do in the area. We would stay here again the next time in Durango.

Amazing!

We had such a great stay at Bailey’s place. It is very comfortable, super clean, and an amazing location. They had so many nice touches and high end fixtures- it really felt like a luxury to stay here. Will definitely be staying here again my next time in Durango!

Great little apartment that was so close to great restaurants and shopping. We walked almost everywhere. The trails and river were spectacular! The view from the condo made for a relaxing a beautiful stay. Thanks Bailey!!

Great Place / Excellent Location

Perfectly situated in historic downtown, walkable to everything. Property had everything we needed for a long weekend. Was not obvious to us in the listing so we were surprised to find the place had an outdoor terrace with great views - perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Bailey, the host checked in several times to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for us. Beautifully appointed, bed was super comfy, if you're a bath taking person, you'll be in heaven, rain shower head excellent after a long hike. The condo is in an ideal location, was very quiet, loved the private parking. Great italian restaurant in the building. Also, loved that you're so close to downtown, more great restaurants and shopping. And, everyone/everywhere very dog friendly. Many opportunities for hiking, awesome dog park, beautiful neighborhoods. Added bonus, every day you get to watch the steam engine tourist train chug by. We had fun waving to the passengers from the outdoor patio. Bailey is a special host, most accomidating.

I think it starts tooting about 8 or 8:30 AM. It only comes by every few hours.Covered parking was a nice plus.

Fabulous spot

Beautiful apartment on Main Street. Close to all the restaurants and action but quiet and very comfortable. Had everything we could have asked for. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. River across the street for walking and Main Street behind us for shopping. Communication with manager also awesome. We will be back!

Perfect Location!

This condo is in the perfect spot! We were able to walk everywhere… to get morning coffee & breakfast, shopping, dinner, and even the train station for our ride! There is a nice park on the corner across Main Ave that your dog will LOVE. The condo itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home. The host was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. We will DEFINITELY book this one again next time we’re in Durango.
