This home is located five lots from a private beach access in Summerplace, an eclectic collection of homes on the north end of the barrier island off State Road A1A. It has a bohemian ambiance, where guests can let go the rigors and stresses of home. Natural tropical vegetation surrounds it, providing beauty and privacy. At night, the stars shine brightly and rhythmic waves of the ocean can be heard. Inside, the home is comfortable and cozy with a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Dog bed and bowls are provided. The house has no carpet.

Lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this home. The weather was a little temperamental while we stayed in Vero Beach for the week, but will still managed to have a wonderful time in large part because of this comfortable house. We look forward to visiting again!

Great rental close to the beach

This rental is exactly as described and pictured. The pool was very nice and warm. The beach is a very short walk. The house is nice and was perfect for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an incredible place to stay for a couple of nights while we met with family in Vero Beach to celebrate our Aunts 100th birthday! It was clean and very well stocked! Everything we needed was there and we were able to get in some beach time with a very quick walk across the street! Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed our stay!

House is in a great location, easy beach access, safe and friendly neighborhood. Martin was very accessible . Can hear traffic noise during the day but was quiet at night. Pool was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again

This home is located directly across the street to the ocean. During our entire stay, there were very few people on the beach .. in addition the inground pool at the house was delightful!!!!
