Paradise Villa in Regal Palms

Welcome to our Paradise Vacation Home! It is located at the glorious Regal Palms Resort & Spa, just minutes from Disney World. It is fully renovated and upgraded with all new furniture and equipped with all you possibly need. This is a 2 unit home where the inner walls are shared, however, both units are fully private with its own separate amenities and entrances. Neither unit has access to each others units.

The space
The Living Area is just cozy enough for relaxing or fun Family movie nights. Access to the patio is from the Living Area.

Enjoy the lazy evenings on your own Patio w/Seating. The well manicured Regal Palms lawns welcome you for long walks or just watching the Children play outside.

The Dining Area offers seating for Six (6) Guests. The luxury decor and brand new furniture, flooring, and paint graces the entire home. You will love your stay and all of the special touches added to the home.

The Open Floor Plan of this town home provides easy access to the fully stocked Kitchen area with Granite Counters and Stainless Steel Appliances. All the conveniences of home are provided to enjoy family meals or quick snacks.

The Laundry Room is on the main level with both Washer & Dryer and a 1 load detergent and dryer sheet to get you started. This is a great convenience during your vacation especially when your staying for a few days!

Each bathroom has a travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, and toilet paper to get you started with you stay!

The Clubhouse at Regal Palms is also home to fantastic amenities such as a game room and gym which are included with the resort fees. Additionally, you can cast into a spell of relaxation at the onsite spa with a professional masseuse!

The only disadvantage was no bathroom downstairs,not enough toilet paper,beds were uncomfortable but the renter was very kind…Pool property was beautiful!!

Disappointed

Living space was very small. No sitting room for five adults unless using kitchen table chairs. The adjacent bedroom which is rented separately was very disappointing as there was a vent above the door and we could hear EVERYTHING that was being said and going on -TMI!!!! Floors were gritty and there was food under the coffee table. Beds were rock hard. We did enjoy the pools.

I want to be completely honest—I wouldn’t recommend this property because it wasn’t as advertised. The property was a duplex, and while my neighbors weren’t loud (so I don’t blame them), you could hear everything: their conversations, their TV, and more. Light from their doorway even shone through vents and cracks around the door next to my stairs leading to the second floor, making it feel like they were right next to me. The property was very outdated. The bathroom and kitchen were especially old, and the toilet in the bathroom was in terrible condition. The floors weren’t clean when I checked in, and the mattress was so uncomfortable and hard that it made sleeping difficult. We spent most of our time out, only coming back to make breakfast and sleep. It took about 35 to 40 minutes to get to Disney, though this may have been due to holiday traffic. Many other attractions and amenities were nearby, including a market, IHOP, Applebee’s, and more. One positive note: the actual resort was a short drive (about 3 to 4 minutes) from our location. It was beautiful, and the staff there were very nice. Unfortunately, the resort wasn’t in the same private community as the property. Still very grateful that nothing broke down, and It was a quiet private area.
