Enjoy this ground floor condo and relax on beautiful Sunset Beach in less than a 10-minute walk! Located next to fabulous restaurants and water sports, beaches, and the historic Corey Avenue shopping district. This condo has everything you need!
There is an outdoor pool with lounge area and is across from Egan Park, which has tennis courts, a boat ramp, a fishing pier, and a gazebo overlooking the water. Perfectly situated with Treasure Island beaches around the corner to the right and St. Pete Beach is around the corner to the left!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with an in-suite bathroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper with an additional queen size bed. The unit is tastefully updated with beach decor, and fresh linens are provided to make your stay most comfortable.
This property is directly managed by the Owners, so if there us anything you need before and during your stay, you can text/call the Owners anytime and receive an immediate response.
Please note, there is a 90 day minimum stay at this property.
