The property was clean and ready for guest. The host made check in and check out easy. It was a great place for us to spend time with our college kids and have a family dinners which the one of the reasons we picked this place. We grilled out three nights, nice to bring family together away from home!

Great house and location! The music decor is very fun and detailed, down to Salt & Pepa shakers We appreciate the extra touches, like chairs and seat cushions we could take to Red Rocks, full size laundry, and feeding the fish in koi pond.Great place to— great hosts!

Loved the property! Super cute decor! Had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Backyard is a great spot to relax. Location is close to everything. Host is amazing at making sure all needs are met during the stay. Plan to stay again.

Fantastic location for Red Rocks Amphitheater and the cottage is an oasis of relaxation. The backyard rivals the tranquility of a luxury day spa. So peaceful and comfy. We needed nothing while there. The chairs, cooler, and stadium seats made tailgating a breeze. Thank you Heather & Benji for sharing. We love CO & will be back!

The location of the property was excellent for our needs, we were visiting relatives living in Sloan Lake. The house is in a nice quiet location, very comfortable, but could use some updating. The host did an excellent job of communication, if we were to return to the Denver area, I would definitely consider renting the home again. I would highly recommend considering updating the beds because not everybody likes a soft mattress pad.

What a great place! Loved the house, back patio and neighborhood. Great food of every ethnicity within walking distance at Edgewater Public Market, and so easy to get to Red Rocks! Host was fantastic.

Cute Place and Great Location!

Heather was very accommodating and easy to reach if we needed anything. Lots of accommodations in the place too. We really enjoyed the fish pond in the back and the place was a very quick, easy ride to anywhere near downtown Denver.
