i love love love this house. super cute. great location. the host was amazing. we could walk downtown. it was clean. it was safe. when we got there, the tv was on with cozy autumn seascape playing. there were chocolates and champagne left on the table for us. AMAZING. we sat on the back porch in the evening when it was raining and just listened to the birds and the rain - it was so peaceful. the beds were comfy. the house was stocked with goodies in the kitchen. we definitely will be back. IT WAS GREAT!!!!

This townhome was the perfect spot for our weekend in Mt Dora. Ashton greeted us with a box of chocolates & a bottle of Proseco. The place was spotless and a short walk to downtown. A 5 star rating all around.

me and three girlfriends came for an overnight stay for our annual Christmas getaway. The house was adorable, very clean very well stocked and very close to downtown within walking distance. Ashton, our host was very sweet and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here.

The Perfect Place in Mount Dora!

Ashton was the best host; he went the extra mile to set things up for our visit. The location of this rental is perfect! The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay the home is conveniently located to all the shops . We ate dinner at the Goblin Market and spent the days looking through the shops and antique market

The house was beautifully decorated, immaculate and very peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning out on the screened in patio. Ashton, the host was extremely accommodating and sweet-she even left us a "Happy 4th of July" cake! The house was perfectly located as well. It was only a few minute walk to beautiful, charming downtown Mount Dora which was full of great boutiques, antique/vintage stores and amazing restaurants. Lake Dora was right there too where we saw the most beautiful sunset ever. Everything was perfect, starting with the perfect house, The Augustine! 5 stars all around!
