Oakland Oasis: Modern Backyard cottage

Your urban home away from home. This sparkling new modern, light and spacious cottage is awaiting your visit. Close to all the Bay Area destinations, 10 blocks to BART train, minutes to downtown Oakland and Berkeley. You will enjoy the use of a full modern cooks kitchen, individual Heat/AC and washer/drier in the unit. Unit has living room, kitchen, Bedroom #1, and bathroom on first level. Second level (loft) has Bedroom #2 and work/office area. Note that loft access is via a built-in ladder. Loft area is not full height and is 6' at the rear and about 5' in front.
