Simply Stunning 5 Star Experience

Walk out either deck and enjoy the tranquility of the ocean and the family oriented community- 7 day min July-August. Relax in brand new hot tub then enjoy the new fire pit. Work or relax and watch one of the 5 smart TV’s, the internet capacity is fabulous!!

Stunning ocean views from an amazing home with all the modern features a new home offers. Rental is fully registered with Toms River Township RR-19-058.

Entire house is available and private fenced in yard.

Weekly rentals only during July and August. This house is not a prom house, nor a party house. Family oriented community, guests should be over 21 unless they have children.

Try to keep to 5 cars at any given time.

Phenomenal Internet throughout the house and decks. You will be amazed at the speed!!

Actual upload & download speeds of greater than 150 MB per second aided by two discretely installed satellite units, one per floor.
